A Victorian Englishman bets that with the new steamships and railways he can circumnavigate the globe in eighty days.


The film stars David Niven and Cantinflas in the roles of Phileas Fogg and Passepartout, respectively. They are joined by Finlay Currie, Robert Morley, Ronald Squire, Basil Sydney, Noël Coward, John Gielund, Trevor Howard, Harcourt Williams, Martine Carol, Fernandel, Charles Boyer, Evelyn Keyes, José Greco, Luis Miguel Dominguin, Gilbert Roland, and Cesar Romero.


A modern remake of the film adaptation was released in 2004 by Walt Disney Pictures and Walden Media starring Jackie Chan and Steve Coogan.

The End of the Fucking World
